Riperra Environmental was born when necessity met passion. Specializing in forest management and fuel reduction, we found that our mission to protect our forests from fire aligned with our goal to preserve the planet.

These days, Riperra develops fuel reduction projects to reduce wildfire risk and generate FMU’s or fire mitigation units. We have partnered with Anew Climate to develop and sell FMU’s, using the REM (Reduced Emissions from Megafires) Methodology. 

Through nearly a decade of forest management, we truly believe that the only way to achieve scalable action in forest resilience from catastrophic wildfire is through monetization. FMU’s represent a quantifiable, direct action that is firmly proven to reduce wildfire severity, thusly reducing emissions from wildfires.
